--> cheap bastards unite! i just noticed that refurbished macbooks - pro and non-pro - have landed at the special deal page of apple.com. apple branded core duo goodness for under a grand? you betcha! (albeit w/o a dvd-rw.)

i love my refurbed powerbook. i would love it more if it was a macbook though.... refurbs are the way to go, i've had no complaints.
