if the guy has had a major computer failure or something happened in his life 6 days is not a long time to be away from a computer..
i usually give people two weeks.. if i have not heard a peep from them in that time its bad feedback time...

no, all will be well when you have the cash in your account. Now you've just let the hassle begin. I would have dumped his ass and moved on- from now on make sure you have a clear policy statement in your sales to prevent this. Something like "buyer must contact seller within 7 days of winning or items will be relisted"
But i'd avoid the negative feedback dishing out- they'll just do that right back to you most of the time.
