ekwal

dug's netlabel, ekwal, launches today and I'm very happy and honored to be the first to release on it. in dug's words:

i am very proud to announce the launch of a new netlabel: ekwal.

ekwal is dedicated to making deep, minimal techno with an emphasis on live performance.

ekwal is especially proud to announce that our first release: 'track delay ep' is by none other than our very own 'deer'.

we hope you enjoy.

There'll be more releases on ekwal soon, so it's definitely worth keeping an eye out for more!

In other news, I'm off to STFU Helsinki tomorrow morning - hanging and playing with ufoel, monty, vc, frn, quip, radio909, soft etc etc. -- always great fun - livesets will ensue :D

love the site design, dug and nice first release, filarion.
yeah, this is fantastic news! I look forward to all the releases on the label. Thanks for reposting it, as I missed the initial forum thread.

This may be a question better suited for dug: Is there a release rss? or perhaps archives on archive.org that I can follow?

ok, good luck, I can't wait to hear more.

wee, online from the berlin tegel airport lounge on my way to stfu helsinki, very geeky.

release rss is a great idea, maybe dug can implement it transparently

i will need about half an hour to figure out the rss ting...
