--> This be my first 'hello' to the world of EM411. HELLO!

Ahem.

Anyways, I'd like to share the fruits of my recent masters in music technology course with the rest of you. I developed a VST effect plugin called Thaw, whose purpose is to create/manipulate digital drones. I've decided to make it free (I hope to make it open source soon, too) so here it is:

link

At the moment, Thaw is PC only - sorry Mac folk, there should be a Thaw VST coming your way soon! My thesis is enclosed with the package for the more curious amongst you. Happy Thaw-ing, and please send all feedback to thawvst AT NOSPAM gmail.com.

Thanks,

cornbb

Thanks for all the comments. I can't post a screenshot as the plugin has no GUI yet (it is assigned default sliders by the host).
Welcome.
You'll soon pick up on some of the in-jokes
I look forward to hearing Thaw used in some releases here.

Well done! It works a treat with AudioMulch's 10Harmonics module.

Snap that then, I just want to know what the parameters are. Or list them.

Oh sure, no problem. Here is a screenshot of the plugin hosted in Cubase:
