was scanning some sketches and it made me a little sad that i don't draw much anymore. seems like whenever i get a creative itch i tend to reach toward one medium at a time and it's been 'sound' for a while now.
anyway i'm curious if anyone else here does much pen & ink work and if they'd like to share some scans. i could go for some inky eye candy.
here's some of my dirty, sweaty sketchbook
i just go all trance-like and doodle until i'm out of room or pens
i'd love to see anything really, pen&ink was just preference

do you like speed adjective? or Ritalin? these reminf me of stuff i drew ages ago when i took some kids Ritalin.
your stuff is much more structred though, reminds me of old city planing drawings in a way, or when tumbnailed they kinda look like b&w aerial photography of cities.
i had some stuff online but it has gone away.. ill have to re-up some things.

well the last one i was probably on adderall still actually.
i was drawing in that style before adderall but it did take it up a notch, as in my concentration on each drawing.
i drew the most during that period
but the top 3 are after quitting and were chemical free

Hey that's really nice! I really like the way the thumbnails do not represent whatsoever the content of the pictures. You could conceivably do a really large scale version by joining each picture together and printing a large format print.

I like the cat stranded in the midst of all that in the first drawing
I do the odd doodle, but nothing like yours.
Much less intricate and a lot less time and effort involved...

Tenine.. it's really rude to come on some one's thread and show them up you know..

?
You don't really think I'm showing him up do you?
They're ace, mine are doodles, nothing serious.
I like to think of them as stylised kids' drawings.
You are joking... aren't you?
I wasn't being rude

I love the person in the top-left corner of the second drawing.
Do I see patch cables in the first one?

i used to do loads of pen+paper stuff
interlocking faces and shapes and animals n stuff
a bit like those above but less accomplished (not so much shading and 3d-ness)
there is a scanner in this house but ive never touched it - maybe one day
