I like the lively discussion on *any* topic. :p
I especially like the amount of learned people here on things I have no idea about.
I wish I had more time to listen to the releases; a lot of people have given me great feedback on tracks and I'd like to give some of that back.
I dislike it when there are dogmatic and/or bitchy discussions. I'm sure I'm guilty of some of these.

i come here out of habit, not really for any of the features in em411 5.0 (or whatever version we're at now). i've been coming here for almost 4 years now. my entire music peer group in toronto developed on this site, but with the loss of the HQ forums, we don't hang out here together like we used to, which is a shame i think.
blogs are ok. not as good as empages. the whole new site seems to have less focus on the releases, but that's possibly because i'm less focussed on the releases. i don't know. i feel like i used to listen to them more on the old site.

i come here for my friends. i wish most of the rest of the site would change, i liked empages and really don't like the blogs much. i think the site is way too social now (yes ironic that i come here for friends but it used to be more). so yeah, i think there should be more focus on music and all the social stuff can go on emapges like it used to be. i hate the way songs loop now. i wish that when you listend to emradio it gave you a link to the release so you could comment right away, because i am a slacker like that.

I come here for a peer group, where I live there isn't much of a scene for more textural electronic music (it's mostly house and lounge and stuff) so to be able to talk with people who make or listen to the type of music I make is important to me.

my interest in electronic music making brought me to this site in the first place and it keeps me here, but as for making it an everyday deal, its everything, the humor, the off topic.. this place is my favorite spot on the internet so i suppose i don't mind that non-electronic music stuff is featured here. its like an island of slightly more decent standards and behavior. other forums are often tiresome with bs. 100% bs. way too much. here its like 10-50% bs which i find to be a decent amount.
i feel part of a community. basically. so whatever ppl want to blog is fine with me.
wish list, hmm. i wish mr bogdan still loved us. though i think i understand how he lost his patience for it.

i come here when i am pissed and think of a stupid irrelevant topic to comment on. also i enjoy going completely off topic on peoples threads. i realised its something i do in real life as well. bend a whole conversation round to what i want to talk about. i also enjoy helping people out that are stuck. cos it took me ages to actually start making music with computers so i like to give a little back innit.
