--> Has anyone else seen this link article on The Register? It slightly worries me, even though my music isn't going to be stolen.

It just got me thinking. Does this apply to other free services? i.e free hosting space as discussed here link

Maybe even EM411...I'm sure there t & c's are different even though I couldn't find them on the site.

Just something to bare in mind.

I don't think you would have much to worry about with em411, mostly because you control the host from which this site (em411) pulls the music content (unlike myspace where you upload the music file to their servers).

If for some reason EM - I mean Admin - flipped his lid and wanted control of all the releases (unlikely), you could still remove your sound file from your host or replace it with a blank file/ file with a "nice" message
