Hey folks, my laptop with all the songs I was working on was stolen yesterday, so in light of this development, I provide to you the links to all the works in progress.

p.s. it was a really nice powerbook, and also my really shitty powerbook, which was hooked to my tv. The crackhead (so says the cop) would have stolen my copper pipes if I didn't have laptops sitting around. They also stole my change jar, and my backpack which had my microphone and some audio cables in it. Ah well, I guess I learned my lesson, backup early and often. | |

My car was jacked the other day, they got a laptop too.

yeah, they came in the back window, which was unlocked (but is no longer). I am glad that they didn't take very much of mine or my roommates music gear.
It is a little bit hard to sleep in the house now.

my iBook was stolen a week ago so I know how you feel. lucky I backed up. Twice in one week is a bit much especially when we were home at the time, so we are moving. I hate junkies

Its too much money for the normal laptop musician, but if your lappie and data is important, then maybe something to look into next time.. I also have renters insurance..

Lost my laptop to a bottle of water last week (just had the tme to backup my $$$-work stuff, but not the songs) :/ Got just the money I needed to buy a new one. I feel for you! I never move without my laptop and my bass, if the rest gets stolen I don't care, but if somebody steals either of them I will be heartwrecked.
