Pitagora Switch's name comes from two characters that were introduced in the early stages of the program. Pita was a gray penguine and Gora was a black penguine.

Actually, nevermind. Not early stages of the program. They're central characters in the program. The video posted here is just a section of the program dedicated to Rube Goldberg machines. More info on the Japanese wikipedia.

about 9 minutes in is a marble inside a cup, that one is my favorite. these are really cool.
