--> man...
there has been little in this world that has given me as much joy as bhajis loops.
hit with the inspiration, my studio is ALWAYS in my pocket.
It's feature list speaks for itself, even if it were an app for your home pc.

and it makes music just as competent,

but the true beauty of the bhajis is it's complete and utter ease of use, for which no other composition enviroment has ever come close for me.

it's also got a cute little brother, microbe, which is basically rebirth for your palm.

and a lovely little community for it's users.

I just had to get that off my chest, I fucking love em. :D

that looks awesome!! i had no idea it had all that extensive of a feature set. If only i had a pocket pc

whoops not pocket pc, its palm

hehe, yeh, the developer really pushed the palm well beyond it's limits musically, with sexy results!

I've said it before: I would love to have a palm and this software. Also, your songs are a great advertisement for it.

yeah that looks very cool.

trash 80 makes excellent use of the bhajis as well.

his song 'sodium sonet' i believe was created with the bhaj link

oh cool .. yeah, i had seen on his website that he was a bhajis user, and emailed him to ask if he'd created anything with it because i'm a fan of his tunes, but i never heard back from him, listening to link now.

oh wait, according to it's em411 release page it was,
"a little song made with midines & a few tiny samples."

i'd still like to hear what he can do with it.

oh. huh, i must have been thinking of something else.

that looks awesome!

now where's my DS version!
well, you'll just have to make due with nitrotracker for now

i used to have a palm and i bought this for it. i cannot say enough good stuff about it. i wish i still had the palm just so i could use bhajis. well worth it. now i can't wait to get the loader for the ds so i can try nitrotracker.

i own a palm and bhajis and microbe. still to actually bother to finish any of the tunes i wrote on it, but its great fun on train journeys etc.

Bhaji's Loops is the best. Whenever an idea hits me, BL is there. I hadn't ever used any music software before. BL was easy to learn, yet is hugely powerful for the advanced user.. Monsieur Olivier has made a masterpiece. Beautiful interface, and oblique strategies to boot!

haha .. wow, i hadn't realized you never used any music programs before, you learn quick cause your stuff is great

what kind of battery life do you get using a palm? how much sample memory do you have?

well, it really all depends on which palm you have i guess. mine will last a good 5-6 hours with the backlight turned off, with the backlight on I get a little over 3 I'd think. And sample memory all depends on your palm model. There is some good discussion @ bhajis garden about the various palms and what you can expect for stuff like how many voices you can get going, etc.
