Basically it allows to 'plop' all your ideas down and connect them, etc. I haven't really jumped into it, but I always use a pen and paper to write things out when I'm composing. I'm going back home tomorrow so I'll jump into a bit more and use it to flesh out my mixit. Seriously, this software is a godsend. No longer will I have to dispose of precious tree babies. YES!

Oh, and there are a bunch of editions to choose from, though I'm currently playing with the professional edition...

Looks pretty cool, although I used to have Visio, but hated it because you had to go through so much bs just to get your ideas down.

Lately whenever I have the urge to use a notebook I just open up notepad, and go txt file with everything. Super fast, simple, and prevents you from making things overtly complex.

too expensive.

"too expensive."

that's why there's a pirating scene :o)

I don't feel bad stealing software, especially when it's too expensive :-P

When I'm rich I'll buy it . . . or have more money...

zfigz, you are such a pirate.

ahr.

There's a bunch of good mind-mapping software.

I'd be interested if I owned a tablet, because it would be pretty immediate.

Currently I like pen and paper, though.

the term 'brainstorming' is politically incorrect.
please use 'thought shower' in future.

your sincerely... the british.

"Thought shower" - LOL.

Is that like a golden shower but with spinal fluid?

hehe. a thought shower sounds much less aggressive..."Kids! Are you ready to put your shower caps on and think up a shower!"

I don't know...I guess it works. Better than "Kids! Are you ready to put your thinking caps on and think up a brainstorm!"

I really like the ability of coloring scheming things...and I'm too cheap to buy color pencils or crayons.

This is for free
