--> I've found it on buzzmuchines.com , it's called farbrausch v2. It's a vst synth, and very light on the cpu. If someone of you is into the demoscene, will likely know who farbrausch are.
Here's the link.

Some feats (from KVR):
* 3 oscillators with sync - Osc1 (Saw/Tri, Pulse, Sin, Noise), Osc2&3: Tri, Pulse, Sine, Noise, FM, Ring Modulation.
* 2 filters - LP/HP/BP/Notch - single, serial or parallel routing.
* 2 envelope generators.
* 2 LFOs
* Distortion, Chorus/Flanger, Compressor
* 16 part multi-timbral.
* Up to 16 note polyphonic.
* Global: Reverb, Stereo Delay, LP/HP filters and Compressor.
* Extensive modulation routing.
* Incomprehensible but "uber-sexy" singing Speech Synth.
* 100 presets.

Note: to select one of the presets you need to send a midi program change to the vst. In FLStudio it can be done via the MidiOut instrument.
