Hey there, emers all
I have a really exciting announcement to make (so exciting it actually makes me a little scared.) My Sad Song is being licensed for use in two episodes of the O.C., as well as on the promos for the show which will be airing on fox all this week. The first full usage will be next week 2/8/07 at 9 PM on Fox, and the second will be the following week, 2/15/07.
I have to admit that I have never seen the O.C., but have heard that it's a really good show for music placement, so I'm really excited... again almost to the point of nausea.
My label is scrambling to make the song available on iTunes just in case folks out there want to buy the song.
Yay!!!! Scary!!!!

Wow, that's incredible. It's definitely a great venue as far as exposure goes. Can't speak for the quality of the show as I've never watched it, but it's got a huge following, and gets credited for "breaking" a few artists here and there. Congratulations man!
