Ahora! I have been coming for too long now and I doubt anyone cares, so if your interested, here is my life story exploded:
I was born in Alaska in 1974 where I grew up in an igloo, riding to school on the backs of huskies and waging massive land battles with the natives over seal fur and whale oil. We forced them to take intoxicating drugs while we robbed them of their land and women.
I moved to Seattle, WA when I was 18 after dropping out of college. I later went back to school after punishing myself with hard labor for several years, and now I play piano in a whorehouse for $6/week.
I'm 6'2" and I probably weigh less than any of you. I'm going grey, but I think it's going to beat going bald, which I might also do later. Only time will tell.
I drive a 1976 Volvo station wagon, orange, which is my first and only car. I also ride bikes. Lots of them--as many as I can afford.
I only take prescription medication, though not necessarily my own. Also, I recently bought the most expensive bottle of whiskey ever, which works in a pinch. I can't make music under the influence of anything--I tend to get distracted by...well, everything.
I play a little piano, and also a little guitar. I play the full-size ones as well, but the little ones travel better.
I hope you understand im very bored (am at work). This is probably the least undressing blarg so far.

i'm presently shopping for a roadie to offset my 2 mountain bikes. i want something steel and cheap-ish, i think. surly looks hott, but the frames are boring. soma is tempting... mostly i'm just ignorant about how road bikes work, so i feel like i'm making a lot of guesses as to what's going to fit well and ride well.
bmc makes a sexy aluminum frame that has me drooling, but it might be too flashy. i'm totally anti-spandex and big graphics.

i've always been a roadie. i have a cannondale that i just can't love. too stiff, so i'm thinking about finding a local builder and getting a steel frame made to my specs. i miss my steel bike....

i enjoy the quantitiy of bike enthusiasts on em. i need to stop being lazy and get myself down to the bike store for some new pedals and seatpost for my mountain bike, but i probably shouldnt be riding a 15" frame (im 5'7)

i've yet to buy a road bike too.
i can't till I live in a city so I can buy myself a city bike. that's my next major purchase. A hybrid roadie/mountain thing with really narrow bars and as few gears as possible. ;)
I was ring this amazing cruiser for a long time last year, until the crank froze. I took this cruiser with sick geometry and put a mountain stem+bars on it. And I put my Michelin (oh man... I forget the name. haven't read bike mags in too long)... the green x-country ones. And a nice mountain wheel in front.
It was badass. I wonder if the frame is alright from being outside all winter. I should put $100 into it.

schwinn mantaray (needs to be cleaned up and i need to get a new rear tire for it)
schwinn crusier that needs to be built
i have been concidering getting a circle a touring bike made for me. or i might try to get a carbon fiber giant road bike (OCRc3, perhaps)

if i was a racer, i'd go carbon, no doubt. but for everyday riding, i want something that doesn't pound me down so hard. an extra bonus is if i can take the stickers off and make it look even more boring. i don't relish the thought of having to worry about my bike every time i leave it somewhere. my f/s mountain bike is so expensive i don't even carry a lock so i won't be tempted to leave it outside.
seattle is the capitol of fixies, which seem to have become the next trucker hat craze among scenesters. while i do like the clean look, i'm not sure that riding a one-speed bike in the 2nd hilliest city in the country makes a lot of sense. but then again, if you're doing a ton of coke, you probably don't need a lot of gears anyway.
