I like to make both. It's hard to make a wheat loaf that is 100% whole wheat, because it turns out too dense. Like brick dense.

The awful truth is that most wheat loaves contain white flour.

mmmm bread is my favorite. at first i was like, wtf with these versus blogs, but then i noticed this one was about BREAD! HAHAHA, mmmm.... wheat/12 grain is definitely the best mmm toasted with butter... but my fav will always be mom's cinnoman raison

Actually, I'm really just a dabbler. I have friends who are real hardcore bakers and can't really say I can live up to them.
