--> so here's an mp3 of my (I've been informed, great) live set I did in 5.10.06
it was my second show, and I improv'd just about most of it
I'd say 50-60%
it was my second show ever, and it was in front of my musical influences. duranduranduran, xanoptigon and fanny (the last one wasn't really my hero, but he's a really cool guy.)
a total of 12 people showed up.

my one real regret is that I could have paid them more.

gawd u look sexy in that pic.

I'm marketing my shows towards dirty old homosexuals

well ill be at the next one with bells on

...my balls

Fucking awesome. I enjoyed listening to it.

Can you talk a little about the way you play live? Always interested in how other people improvise with this stuff.
cool, nice job. Thanks for turning me on to link

Its like my favorite station now.

those are some fucking awesome pictures
ed:i cant wait to download stupid stolen drunken wifi

ed:flucking drunken fdisk, now windows is gone and i cant unmute my linux

tecknoman : I fire off loops in ableton. I had all my songs broke up into periodic segments(build up, chorus, verse, breakdown), with different channels being drums, gabbs, vocal stabs, pads etc... and I would go down the scenes and sort of dj mix them and switch up beats,

I don't do live shows this way anymore because of the unpredictibility of ...well, me. and me staring intensely at a screen is not that entertaining.
I now sort of "dj" my songs with an effectschain and various beats and sounds to "embelish" the songs
I also like to include alot of unfinished material, because that helps make every live performance I do totally unique

as soon as someone asks me.....

bill nye the science guy

great set btw, loved the mashups (aside from the chipmunk vocals)... sort of like girl talk on meth
