Wow, I never read Pitchfork due to the overwhelming indie rockness of it, but they posted a track from my new CD on kranky coming up in May.

why do they suck? they just exposed an uncertain thousands of readers to an up and coming electronic artist. doesn't seem too sucky to me. they could've just talked about the arcade fire. my motto on the p-fork is that their focus is always on the music, which is a lot more than cold be said for any other mainstream indie rag.
but whatever-- congrats on the bump. That website drags like a bazillion reader's.

They are still self-absorbed hipster assholes who I'd like to die from bee stings to the dick / vagina, but they are very widely read (and reviled) so this exposure is pretty awesome.
