....so in my apt complex, a tenant was hiding 2 dogs in her apts, and apparently they never took them outside to go to the bathroom, also one the people in my building was evicted and she was a filthy motherfucker and her apt was brutally infested with roaches.
because of this, This new manager says she will be doing inspections every month, and the pet "fee" at my apts has been raised to 450$.
When I moved in, I was told that my fish and lizard would not apply to the (at the time) 300$ pet fee. on top of all this, I have an illegal bunny.
so this new manager, says that 450$ is for only one pet.
wow.
the joke's on this bitch though, my district manager's gonna write me a letter saying my jobs moving to somewhere semi-far away so I can weasel out of my lease. and I'm going to move into a 2 bedroom that's 390 a month at a very nearby .(my one bedroom here is 380), and the pet fee there is a very reasonable 200$
so fuck you albany landing apts.
the drawback is that this new apt building has no pond with ducks. 
but we'll visit our waterfowl friends. | |

pet fee's are everywhere. every place i've rented had a pet fee. i got out of a lease once because my girlfriend had allergies and they were gonna fumigate the building.
