there were minor reports about "contractors" (mercenaries) early in the war but has since slipped under the radar a bit.. until now i guess.

i guess this type of thing will get worse and worse until essentially the mafia, corporations, gov'ts etc will have their own private armies trained by such corporate mercenaries then we'll essentially be headed towards the world of neal stephenson's snow crash and the splitting up of america into franchises.

did u see this shit. the guy runnin blackwater has a 20,000 man army at his disposal, black hawks, and jets to extradite people out of the country secretly...and his dad was behind the whole dobson freakfest, married to the amway family.
this shit so disturbing. its like a fukin car crash-so interesting, but disgusting.

our government is such an incestuous, corporate fucking quagmire. i watched a documentary about blackwater and other corporate ilk in iraq a few weeks ago that covered alot of what this guy talks about in his book. the real freaky shit will be when local law enforcement in america becomes privatized like this shit and we've got a bunch of ex navy seals commanding the precinct downtown with a huge arsenal at their command and little or no government oversight.
