--> So Sote has a new 12" on RecordLabelRecords.org!!!

"limited edition of 300 copies as soon as we get word the
album is finished duplicating we will start taking
preorders. All records either in turquoise or opaque white
vinyl packaged in a custom sewed fabric pouch of varying
designs. Three devastating loud braindance jungle tracks in
the style of Sote's classic Warp 12" 'Electric Deaf'
clocking in at 20 minutes."

The samples sound awesome.

It just so happens I had the privilege of assisting with the design of the record. You can see an image of the label sticker I did here

cool, I want some of my work on vinyl someday. Is it expensive?

Actually, I think it's cheaper now than ever. I could be wrong though...

fuck yeah. sounds interesting glotch,

and being on wax would be a dream, would be so nice to have a label that took a good look at em411 artist and put out a 12" various on some sort of basis.

maybe do hq digital versions parallel to the vinyl as well. i looked into vinly pressing a bit and it seems stuff is around a grand. price per unit drops dramatically with larger volumes though, as so much of the expense goes into makeing the master plate for the pressing process.
