--> image line has just released the beta of Deckadance, a dj software.

the plus is that deckadance can be loaded as a vsti, and can host vsti and vst fx.

just tested. not the top.

Seems that Imageline are releasing a bit of mac stuff now (dackadance is coming as a UB), PoizoneUI is available as a mac VSTi. interesting

if they'd release FL Studio for the Mac, that would end my PC days.

i have a feeling this will usher in a new era of no talent hacks getting locally famous by playing other artists' music.

i thought the radio started that habit?

new era? no sir.. people have been doing that forever

hacks will always take the chance to ride some coattails

"wow you have such good taste in music can i lick yr pee pee???"

haha... imagespline has the pee pee licker market saturated with their other products. alls i'm sayin is that market + this tool = blow jobs for hair gel.
you'd be surprised (or not) at how many people walk away from a set thinking that the "dj" was responsible for making the music played.

douchebag 1: "dude, did you catch dj tiesto at the ***** theatre? he's f#ckin awesome... way better than aphex twin... he's played out"

douchebag 2: "word... can you blow this glowstick up my a55?"

douchebag 1: "okay, right after i buy his cd at the merch table"

"if they'd release FL Studio for the Mac, that would end my PC days."

no kidding. i would switch in a heart beat.

buy a mac and install bootcamp!!!

thats actually what i'm planning,

as soon as i get up to $2000 for that macbook pro.

why not just get a macbook.. the processor is exactly the same... the only difference is that the video card is better. But that will only matter if you are going to do 3d rendering , openGL, blah blah.
; )

..or playing STALKER.

Me? I'm not gaming. Nah nah... :p

i've successfully installed winXP on my macbook with bootcamp. the sound is a bit buggy, but it works great otherwise. ASIO4ALL helps out some.

however, i just removed that partition.. i'm gonna give ubuntu a try and see how that goes

if all goes well, i will do a triple boot of OSX, winXP and ubuntu
