It's the rare time in my life that I permit myself to be completely impulsive. It's the part of my life I don't owe to ANYBODY. Ultimately, its because not producing some sort of mark indicating my existence would be intolerable.

kurt vonnegut once said a writer is someone who hates writing. i feel the same way about music. it drives me fucking crazy.

when i get a few months distance on a song, i'm more able to appreciate it. when i write i'm just too "in it".

enjoy giving pleasure to people, with no expectations of reward or praise. giving is the best gift.

because its fun!!

bitches and money!

I'm with strangus.
I don't really enjoy making it, but it's where the money is.

It's all I live for.
(except Louise)
I just wish i didn't have to work to afford to do it.

because every once in a while ill make something that ill want to listen to over and over again.
It makes me feel closer to the earth and it's history

cos someone needs to show people how to do it properly.

;)

^nice one!

adc: I'm assuming that was a hilarious joke right?

Because creation is the single most enjoyed reward an artist can achieve. Not royalties and not a fan base.

when i cant tell anyone else how i feel or what im thinking, i transcribe it into music and let others hear it.

Cus it usually brings some music I can listen to and enjoy.
