--> i can buy my friends pc. i really want a pc again, in addition to my mbp. is this a nice one? i havent bought a pc in years and dont know what counts.

-Chieftec miditower w/ 3 fans(quiet)
-AMD 64 4600+ 2,4 dualcore
-Silent motherboard
-327297 HIS Radeon X1650PRO 512MB, iSilence II.
-4gb ddr2 RAM

it comes with a 22" widescreen 5ms monitor

that IS nice.
mine is a 4800+ , 2gb ram.
ive thrown all sorts at it (not literally) .... HUGE cubase files .... and not even come close to making it go squiffy.

My X2-3800 still has yet to hit over 50% CPU utilization doing any music work, so I'm guessing a 4600 would be pretty nice to have...

seriosly tho, he is asking for 1000 euros. i think it seems fair. the screen costs a bit, and its... shitloads of hardisks in it. like... 1,4 terrabyte or something. and the ram is quite expensive too?
