i just discovered this:

this is really one of the best tools for spectral manipulation so far
do the time-stretch, phase vocoding, filtering, stretching of single partials etc.
you can also export the analyzed data in text format fuck it up and then import it again...
and the best thing is:
it's free and available for PC & Mac (PowerPC & Intel) | |
