Mine:
Hot dog - yellow mustard, sweet relish, sometimes sauerkraut
Burger - ketchup, dill pickle slices, a dab of mayo or tartar sauce (depending on size of patty), white onions (pref. sauteed), sometimes cheese

To clarify: I want to know what all y'all's favorite condiments are, too... mine alone are not all that interesting.

I had bratwurst today with stone-ground mustard and creamy horseradish. Awesome. Slight nose tingling.

Bratwurst with horseradish? Never tried it, sounds kind of disgusting and tasty at the same time.
What is an heirloom tomato? I love tomatoes on burgers sometimes...but only when I'm in a certain mood, always with lettuce, and usually with red onion too. And then the patty has to be pretty thick.

Sweet chili sauce is the bomb. I use that stuff all the time.
I make a peanut sauce for noodles that is super easy - sweet soy, sweet chili, garlic, peanut butter and some sesame oil. Pretty good with some steamed veggies and some asian noodles or other pasta.
Mustard is also awesome. I think I have about four or five different kinds in my fridge.
Balsamic from Trader Joes is also a nice thing to have around.

i loves red onions
salad cream is yummy
not keen on ketchup tho....it tastes weird
but mayo and ketchup on chips is pretty good...especially if you are drunk.
cheese is also good with most things.

Ohhh man that stuff is so good.
I don't like the sweet kind in the big bottle, though. The kind that comes in a little plastic jar is yummy.
