The world has lost one of it's greatest and most original drum/musical voices.

His drum songs are so great. I especially love The Drum Also Walzes if you can find it... it was part of Drums Unlimited.

yes, airliner, money jungle is a great album. i highly recommend it, too. some amazing abstract stuff on there, and mingus goes WAY out there on a couple of tracks. beautiful record featuring beautiful people.
