I stumbled upon these videos. This is better than that guy that did the Space Harrier theme if you ask me. Uh, I want to escape from my current computer-locked method of making music.

Just thought yall would enjoy!

Does anyone remember that video of a guy on a kit, surrounded very closely by a crowd, I think he was triggering with Max or something... very impressive.

i aint got vids

adc-you're talking about duracell, same guy that mechp is talking about.

here's a video tho

tears of joy

also-adc, duracell uses a nord g2. i took some of the ideas for the drum triggers i use from him-filter->comparator->trigger

Right, that's exactly it, I remember it being a G2 now. link

Well you gotta get on that video stuff troid... we need proof that this isn't all a bunch of bull crap... come to think of it, I've never seen a video of you making any music... and your voice sounds suspiciously like lionel richie.

i'm too fat and i make the instruments look like toys

I hadn't seen those newer Duracell videos... they're pretty damn cool!
The old night vision one was way more straight forward, but he plays a lot more with dynamics and tempo in that newer one.

astroid, you aren't the guy who owns charles the pug are you? (jk!) srsly though hook us up with some vids mr. bruise-knee-ack.

not to be a killjoy, but those examples are pretty weak... In fact, I would venture to say that they're pretty damn lame, especially considering the resources he apparently has to work with and what the final result was. the thing that duracell guy does is pretty cool though.

I like the potential of this idea, but whatever this guy was doing really doesn't show it at all.
