--> Hey everyone,
So my pal Avalon and I are organizing this outdoor Drum Set Drum Circle. This will be the third time we have done it. it's pretty fun to get together and play with a bunch of people. If you have any interest at all, please stop by...If you bring down a drum set, even better!

This does sound like fun -- but -- it's an outdoor event with no speakers, so my V-Drums might not help much.. (that, and my band is having a 'musical open house' this weekend with various folks stopping by to contribute/jam, but -- wow, if you do this again in the future -- more notice!!! this would be a blast)

I'd just take an empty tin with dry rice...

darn, im busy that day for the 3rd annual hate your neighbor fest.
address is 1907 haig st

this sounds like fun, but I still want to run a regular drum machine circle... I think someone did that in p-town a few years ago...

I'm still at the coast...would love to have just brought my ride and played...but won't be back until sunday.

Have fun!

we call this D&D around here..........drums and drums

roshi, oh poor you at the coast, cue violins

i the latest Wire magazine they review an event called "77 drummers" that took place on 7/7/07 in NY. it was setup by the guy from the boredoms. they rehearsed only 1 time and played a piece that he wrote. apparently it was pretty amazing.
