I've been invited to speak about and demonstrate my Wii Loop Machine software. I'm excited and terrified...I don't get nervous about performing, but speaking about my own work is a bit scary.

thanks for all of the kind words, i will hopefully take pictures and other media and post a new blog about it all next week. I even printed up business cards to give to people, mostly in order to look like i know what i'm talking about.

1 tip: Do not use the word "they". Or "them" or "people".
As in, do not say "people have constructed game-controller MIDI devices" or "they have used this device in suchinsuch a scenerio".
Instead, refer to "the literature" or "the community".
i.e. "the community has responded to my creation in such mileu as laptop battles"
or "there has been no recorded account of a wii game controller in the literature".
