A guy who composed a lion share of the theme tunes of tv shows that I grew up with, has died.
Ronnie Hazlehurst composed such classics as "Only Fools & Horses", "Two Ronnies", "Yes, Minister", "Bergerac", "Are You Being Served?", "Blankety Blank", "Last of the summer wine" and my all time personal favourite, "Sorry!"
