Coppe' in Portland? Promoters?

I am looking for someone that might have any connects with local promoters to book my friend Coppe' to play a show in Portland. She will be flying out from Tokyo, Japan and would ostensibly require a fee (I don't know how much yet, but I am sure it could be negotiable). Can anyone advise me as to how to go about getting this started? Anyone who knows club owners, promoters, people with $$ who would possibly interested in courting her, please let me know!

you might be interested to know that she has worked with any number of artists, ranging from Atom tm, Nobukazu Takemura, Plaid, DJ Qbert, Vadim, Kettel, etc. etc.

i played that night. nobody took my picture tho - they always make me clean up the mess that dylan's 18 jet black poodles leave behind after every gig. and he gets his own dressing room. i need a better manager....

i can't even guess how much ... if you have a number a ballpark, i might be able to help.
i nearly got a song on her last album.
doug fir would beg her to come i bet.
saw supreme beings of leisure there in the basement bar and the sound is fantastic.

Dylan! If you can find out the amount she wants and exact days she will be here, I still may be able to help. But booking stuff so short in advance is often troublesome when trying to find a good venue.
