i saw him play in 1999 or 2000 with tortoise, and that was pretty much what inspired me to do live laptop stuffs.

saw him live about 6 or 7 years ago with autechre in cambrige, ma. was a great show. also featured mira calyx. that was the good old days. now that I think about it, I think plaid was on that bill, too.
