--> so, we did this workshop at a school today, me and a rapper and a dancer. 10th graders, thats around 15 years olds in norway anyway.

we got to the school at 8, set up the gear, met the kids at 9, started working immediately. three groups, each 10 peoples, one group making a dance, one group writing rhymes, one group making beats. at 13 o clock the rest of the 10th grade kids came in and then we were supposed to show them a finished number, beats, rap and dance.

it went very well. i worked with ableton live, and they had brought instruments, and we made a track in a bit over three hours.

it was great. i think the kids liked it, and to me it was really inspiring to see how quick you can actually work when you have to.

if you want you can listen to what we made here link/1523530385380375

thats just the beats without the rap, but we didnt have the time to record it.

that's awesome!

is that a parody of linkin park? the synths at the beginning?

That's a really good idea, and a positive thing to be offering schools. All we ever got in highschool we lame puppet shows about the evils of drugs. Now I don't let puppets take drugs. Not mine anyway.

juice listens to linken park. that's how he knows

when i was in school all i could hope for was a DARE show to give out t-shirts

LOL @ j_chot
