It's official - blogging is a pandemic, trendy scourge upon the face of the earth. It's gotten so bad, I've got one. ;)
But the blogosphere is wide & varied, with specialized blogs on just about every subject conceivable whether you want to know about it or not. So, it occurred to me that I should start a blog/thread to find out what blogs folks here like to read, other than Music Thing. With such a wide & varied pool of literate, intelligent musician-types here, it's bound be an interesting list.
So what are you into? What have you deemed worthy to put into your RSS Aggregator? Please share URLs & reasons.
thx - stv

All of the above, and also:
chinese musical instruments: link
disquiet: link
DS Fanboy link
Fake Steve Jobs: link <- great for snarky tech commentary
New Scientist
The rest I read are science or food blogs, probably not of interest
I've actually whittled down my google reader list a lot, there's not that many good writers out there.

heh, I think the guy from analog industries is pretty annoying... he's very self-assured about how awesome he is, and then has really trashy tastes about a lot of things..
yeah, I'm curious what other good blogs there are out there. I find the only consistenly good music blog i've come across lately is create digital music, and I'm actually not very into a lot of the gear-centric DIY circuit bending type stuff they post on, but they do have a lot of pretty great content sometimes.
the
link
avant garde project isn't really a "blog" but they are always putting up awesome music in .flac format...
Synthtopia
link
has a pretty decent "news and misc" kinda electronic music blog
but yeah, I actually don't know of many good blogs!

Blogging is now so now or something that Fairfax media, publishers of the Sydney Morning Herald the Melbourne Age have about 35 blogs each on their online versions. I look the same ones as everybody else here, music wise. non-music wise I check ones about Indian food and cooking, stuff about zen etc etc.
