It's about rhythm and meter in techno music, how irregular meters work, stuff like that. Highly detailed and interesting, I recommend it very much. I found it after stumbling upon this article on the interweb:

ignatius: the excerpt from piku he has chosen is wicked. It's just a small part, when the snare drum kicks in in the song, which is I think the only part of the song I like lol
