--> hey all. i'm heading out of town from the end of january until mid-april, and therefore have to take a leave of absence from my awesome job. i work here:

it kicks ass, but touring europe kicks even more ass.

i'm looking for someone to cover for me while i'm gone. it's also possible, depending on how the tour goes, that i won't be back, so it might end up being a permanent position.

fashionbuddha is an animation an interactive studio. we're located at nw 2nd and davis in old town. i do flash, .net, and processing development. hardly any of it is for the web, though. we do work for broadcast, art installations, stores, etc, so you wouldn't be making web sites. we also run the grassy knoll art gallery and an hd green screen video studio. it's seriously an awesome place to work.

the main skills needed are in actionscripting. creative motion programming is a must. some .net skills are helpful. i use .net to create shell applications that run swfs, videos, etc. i've already built a lot of these, so there's already code you could leverage. processing experience is not required, but is certainly helpful.

sounds awesome! I have a full time interactive designer / developer job, but my company can contract me out to other agencies for flash projects and random on and off-site assignments. Keep me in the loop if I can help out in anyway.
