Back in the 80's in Boston they ran a P.S.A. commercial which featured a person dressed as a lion, cat, or I don't even really know what. this person then proceeded to dance (really fast) and try to get kids excited about school lunch. I remember seeing it as a kid all the time and laughing, mostly because the kids in the background cant keep up with his dancing.
I wish I had the full version to share but unfortunately I only have found this brief clip which is the very end of the commercial. but it's more than enough to get the idea.

LOL, that reminds me of this PSA they showed called "The Kiteman"
The kiteman was a guy dressed as a giant kite and he was talking to a group of kids:
KM: "Is a safe kite made of metal, ever?"
Kids: "NEVER!"
And then for some reason he'd ask: "What about frogs?"
And one girl says "I like frogs".
To this day, in oregon, you can say to nearly anyone my age "what about frogs?" and they'll respond "I like frogs".
Weird. Almost as weird as the hepatitis poo song PSA.

Roshi: nice! that sounds awesome, I wish I could see it. I love PSA's. especially a dude dressed as a kite. that kind of stuff is classic!
jdg: since I hadn't seen it in many years I actually did watch it on loop for quite a long time. at this point I've got the dance moves down, including the nasty transition from "Fish sticks" to "Dessert", hehe.
I really wish I had the full version to share because basically in the main commercial he's trying to do a take on Michael Jackson's "thriller", but instead of being a zombie, he's a........cat sort of thing.

It's ok j_chot.
as long as at least 1 person comes out of this thinking school lunch is awesome, it's all that really matters.
and think about the dancing cat dude. what could he possibly be doing for work now (or before even)? and, did he put chow daddy on his resume for future work?
i've clearly givin it too much thought.
