Bryan (tripnikk) and I just started off on a project I'm pretty excited about today. We're making an album together and documenting the process online. The blog just went up:

I'm really looking forward to it. Check the site for details, but in a nutshell we're working only from recordings of orchestral instruments, and the samples/recordings we will use will be made by one another. So I'll be making the sounds bryan will use, and bryan will make the sounds I will use.

Thanks guys! We're both really excited about the project. Hopefully audio will be up sooner rather than later. I'm going to try to do my first round of recording today.

Hey y'all - I just wanted to pop in and add a quick update in case anyone has been following our (non) updates at ourorchestra. Bryan's laptop had a great fall, and took him out of commission just as we were closing in on the first deadline. That threw us off. He's just about back in business now, but both of our schedules have picked up since then. Long story short: the project is on hold, but hopefully not for very long. Sorry if we gave anyone blue balls. ;-)

I'll spam em411 when we fire back up!
