I'm always looking for new methods of note-input because no matter how hard I try my brain simply just does not like the layout of a keyboard/piano. This interface seems to be much more user friendly for the keyboard-challenged, though the price is unfortunately ridiculous for what it technically does. It seems that there is a small world of boutique 'interface designers' and it always baffles me of the lack of innovative interfaces with commercial manufacturers. Don't you think if you make your product easier to play, more people will buy it?

It seems similiar to the Janko system. You might like this VST. link
And this website is pretty helpful for Circle of Fifths: link
I wouldnt pay for an expensive controller to teach me music theory.

yeah, saw that in a sound on sound magazine, was really thrilled because I just can't learn how to play the piano (/OR I haven't spent enough time with it! /)
anyways, I wasn't that thrilled after I saw the pricetag (then) £1200 or something?
I hope it goes down, because it's such a great idea+design..
