--> in the efforts to unburden my weary shoulders of four years of electronic music composition, i started something new the other day. i stood at the traffic lights -- we call them 'robots' un south africa -- with a huge sign that said:

"please help money for experimental electronic music thanks you god bless"

you'd have to live here to grasp the full meaning, but we have heaps of men and women gracefully standing between speeding cars every day pleading for money in a similar fashion. as an obviously privileged white guy in a button-up shirt and headphones, I just wanna rattle it up a bit.

and maybe get a couple bucks for the blank CDs. See you on the corner of Hatfield and Orange, Cape Town, around 6.30pm.
