--> I have posted some Pure Data patches that I have been using for composing and performing. There are some Max/MSP patches as well. Some of the patches are designed for use with a monome, but all should work without one. Here's a link:

The patches are located under the heading Homemade Apps.

Oh, and I meant to ask, are there a lot of people here that use PD? I have been getting more into building some effects since I learned how to make VSTs out of PD patches, but am still reltively new to PD and am looking for people who know more than I do.

I am. I'm not all that proficient yet, but I'm on the steep part of the learning curve, so it won't be long.
BTW, I just talked to Hans-Christoph Steiner about hosting a Pd workshop in the SF Bay Area, so there may be something coming in the near future. But I see you're in NY. That might be tough.

i didn't know you could make a vst with pd... how would you recommend i go about learning it? are there particluar patches that are easy to get into for a programmer of another language?

Shit, I didn't either. I haven't messed with it in about 16 months, but I have developed two beats slicers and a generative 3 drum trigger patch back in 2004. Guess I better get cracking again.
