--> I'm curious what other people's favorite plugins are. I rediscovered soundhack's suite recently after not using it for years, and now I want to use it in everything I do. I tend to get obsessed with an effect for a while and then get tired of it. Are there any plugins you're obsessed with right now? Also would be interested to know what platforms it's available on and whether it was free or not...

I have always liked the de la Mancha plugins. link

I've wanted to try those, but they are Win only. Thanks for the link though!

vocov 2

izotope trash (crazy distortion)
timefreezer (granular freezer)
magnuselektronix ambience (reverb)
audiodamage vapor + discord2
oh damn! thanks crazy shadow!

proto psg
chip32 are my favs because they're so basic and flexible.

I couldn't remember the names of those for a minute there...

i tend to use this free one a lot link

i like these link

and the multimash xenomorpher regrainulator effectosaur modularus awesomator v2.3.2, which is very expensive and rare and completely made up

i'm not quite sure.
the ableton operator is getting used quite a lot.
i'd say the sonalksis-stuff, but my trial ran out and i have no money buying the great plugins.
of course reaktor, but i use that less and less, as it doesn't run as great as i expect it too.

in terms of effects it's the devastator from d16 and of course the ohmicide. and every fucking delay that has ever been invented and is available to me.

i love delays.

probably ableton's tremoloverb, I use it on absolutely everything.
I heart delays, too

my favorite plugins are the ohmforce stuff... love quadfrohmage and ohmicide especially. You can get really crazy sounds out of quadfrohmage--it's all over my bagger288 stuff.

psp vintagewarmer is great, I use it all the time, too.

right now it's:

Kammerl Audio's VST Pack: 5 very cool effect plugins, my favs are the slicer, looper & the warm distortion
link

Molar VSTi - an amzing midi & audio loops sequencer for live performance,
it was created by Steve Duda for use with monome but can be used without it
(shift-click on GUI to enable pads).
You load your audio loops or one shots, create variations and trigger them on the fly.
Or you can send the midi data to your favorite synths. Awesome and free
