--> Myself and Mark UFOEL attended the Share jam session on Sunday at the Futuresonic festival in Manchester. It was really well attended and executed. A large space with lots of tables set up in the science museum with an old valve computer to the side. In the middle was a large mixer and computer that shared the signal to the Genelec surround sound system. I counted about 8 satellite speakers and three large bass bins at the front which we got to shake the room with.

All kinds of musicians were there with someone blowing through a microphone to the usual laptops running max and my own running audiomulch. Mark was rocking the Yamaha Portasound, mic, contact mix/thumbpiano, mic and kaos pad. A guy was playing what looked like a load of sweets on top of some lunch box's which I think was a home made analogue synth that really packed some welly.

We played for about an hour with flows and ebbs of noise and people joining in on analogue synths and laptops. I really enjoyed it and I think Mark did too. Great fun !thanks to the people that set it up and everyone we were jamming with - whoever you are!
