explanations:
waking life is just great, visz#ally unusal, grest intetional story and stiff
ANATOMY IS sick, but worth watching, one effed uop film
blacktop - a favourity, the girl played a role again in annie hall, then killed herself
DEAD MAN - super favourite. jonny depp is going to die - right from the beginning. very reflektive, meditative i think
coofe and cigarettes - one of a kind - you got to see tom waits and iggy dialoging
MATCH POINT - WOODY HARRELSONS LEATEST; SET IN LONDON;

LOL methinks you mean Woody Allen
Dead Man is splendid.
PS: I enjoy your random acts of capitalization.

yeah, dead man rocks. Most realistic period film I have ever seen, as it reflects the wierdness inherent in life during any time period.

in no particular order:
ghost world
the corporation (documentaries count don't they?)
dr. strangelove
one flew over the cuckoo's nest
das boot
-- wierd list i suppose, just off the top of my head without listing newer stuff that's still not settled in properly
--
the only thing in your list I didn't like tylth was coffee&cigarettes. in my opinion both "smoke" and "blue in the face" are better films in the same veign (Jim Jarmusch is also in them!).. check them out if you get the chance! I'll check out Blacktop, haven't seen that one.

Not sure if you meant "you must see" or "you might have missed but must see".
My absolute must see top five list:
Psycho
Amelie(Le Fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain)
Jaws
Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
Monty Python and the Holy Grail
