my friend gave me a copy of crystal castles to listen to.
though it wasn't bad, it certainly wasn't the greatest.
anyway shit like this makes me, as an artist, want to quit the human race.

i saw this band at a gig. they really annoyed me.
i couldn't pin down exactly what it was.
the "vip" area at the side of the stage that we managed to sneak into.
the obvious session drummer.
the constant falling over of the singer and her inability to actually
do anything but shout.
the hype the band got as they were pushed off stage to avoid their fans by surly hired bouncer types.
i left the gig very angry thinking there was something up seriously with everything.
and i was right.

I'm not surprised about this. Even less that it's Crystal Castles, damn hipster hacks. I've sometimes wondered if using CC could leave me open to someone appropriating my music. I would probably never know - I hardly ever hear anything.

hydrax, even if you were using 'copyright' rather than CC, you would still be open to theft. Look at Wilco's unauthorised usage of The Conet Project [for which they got heavily kicked in the ass for].
Every case thats come up with CC theft has been by hipster idiots or, in timbalands case, someone who should know better.
