ok, i go to make a pbj sammich
look for peanut butter, none around. i set to the long work of making myself some toast with jelly and butter.
and then i notice THERE'S PEANUT BUTTER ON MY FINGER

that's crazy! I eat in my sleep sometimes and I used a pair of scissors as a spoon once to scoop the peanut butter. I didn't' realize it until i went to use the scissors the next day and, well......yea. they were basically covered in peanut butter.
maybe the bit o peanut butter you found was already in the jelly jar. that happens to me all the time.
