hello. thought i'd shout out and give my periodic #em411 chat room reminder. originally on efnet, we (mostly me, but mnl* didn't seem to mind) decided to switch over to espernet for irc services. plus there's #botb, #renoise, #milkytracker and others, so it's a fine server.
so grab your irc chat client and connect to
/server irc.esper.net
and
/join #em411
ps. it's been over 1+ years! and yep, we still do quixits (one-hour mixits) so come by and say hi, idle, talk about music, idle, post random links, idle... and uhh, idle. so ya, see u there. cheers!

re: second pic. Reminds me of the Ren and Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon episode "Fire Dogs 2" where Stimpy briefly is playing a pan flute while Ren grins a jagged-toothy grin and dances. That gut looks familiar. Perhaps similar to my own?
Mebbe I should try this technical-marvel they call irc chat once again, years after abusing it to only steal Sample-CD Roms. Less risky than ICQ, not as pretty as Yahoo Messenger.

IRC isn't anything to be afraid of. and if the chat link to this site used a java irc client that connected to #em411 well... wouldn't that be great?
