It's fookin nice now. Only just finished it, to then move out. DAFT. I have always thought that people who put seat covers on leather seats in their car, only to remove them to sell it are mega stupid...yet that is basically what I am donig.
To make is vaguely relevant to EM411, I would mention that:
- my music room was a good size, and had a nice feel
- the neighbours are cool with noise
- the (very) local area is beautiful for a break from shit...fields, forest, lake...all within 5-10 mins walk
- nottingham is easy to get to for night out at MOOG / Rock City etc...
** CDs not included.
As my neighbour there always liked to say about the cars he was selling...'GET IT BOUGHT!"

hehe. it's a good deal yeah. i don't like fannying to get maximum money - i just like to get sold and moved 
that 'roof' is the back garden / yard. but it's a cool little sun trap. done some music out there, sure...and written a few tracks under my favourite tree, just up the road.

hehe - maybe we could swap LDog.
unknownforce: i have been in brum for a while now...staying with the missus. my business has moved down here too. next is a step up that property ladder that people talk about. dreaming of somewhere bigger, close to big hills, with a workshop for making stuff and a large outbuilding for hosting gigs (stfus etc.).........but that is probably just a dream until i get a lot richer...or until i can move to somewhere super remote in the highlands...but work stops me doing that for now.
