--> One of my roomates and I recently started renting an extra loft which we're using as private studio space as well as a performance venue and rehearsal area. We're always looking for more people who would be able to utilize the room for various projects. Among our facilities, we have a 3000 lumen projector and PA, as well as a 12'x15' main space which is where most of the magic happens. Please private message me if you'd like to discuss details.

unfortunately residential apartments are directly above our space. Drums and super loud sound is no good however we tend to feel things out on a case by case scenario. Have him contact me with samples of his work and we can talk business.
