Yes, 2 years at a call center IS too long - Especially one like Stream. Call centers are launchpads to better things, somewhere you go to get a little phone and customer service under your belt and pay your bills while you figure out what you want to do with your life.

Get some certs and get into more specialized support where there's more money.

I worked at WEST tellicom. fora year doing cust service for a total crook heathcare company called pacificare. It really took alot out of me. mentally and physically. the most depressing job I've ever had, and I've worked at sonic, cracker barrell, and a payday advance store...that's saying something.

I work at a call center now for LG doing cust service for comp stuff and commercial tvs, and I've never been happier. they take care of me, and my customers aren't bad at all.
wireless wasn't too fun though...

you should stand up in the middle of your shift and start yelling out all the injustices at the place. only if they're true and there's alot of them though.... if there are some genuinely shitty people working there, call them out without being too profane. It'll make everyone working there feel better.
